HVAC Install Helper
About The Position
Southern Air of Monroe is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated HVAC Install team. This role offers hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation, working alongside experienced installers. The position involves assisting with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites, operating various hand and power tools, and lifting up to 50 lbs. - Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Monroe, LA before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with HVAC installers.
- Receive hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation.
- Assist with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
