Requirements

Valid driver's license
Ability to follow directions quickly and accurately
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
High attention to detail
Professional appearance
Ability to work as part of a team
Punctuality
Ability to acquire EPA certification within 90 days of hire
At least one year of relative experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in installing residential and commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, insulation, and air devices.
Travel to various job sites.
Support the team in completing installations efficiently and safely.
Maintain accurate timecards and follow safety procedures.
