Requirements

• 1+ year of HVAC install or install helper experience
• HVAC degree or equivalent training
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently without being micromanaged
• A team‑first attitude and commitment to personal growth
• Ability to pass assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing HVAC equipment to manufacturer specs and company standards
• Pre‑measure job sites to ensure smooth, accurate installations
• Properly connect equipment and support the lead installer throughout the job
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and represent Collier’s with professionalism
• Learn new skills, tools, and techniques to advance your HVAC career
