Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Maryland Apprentice License (required by start date).
• Ability to work in tight spaces, attics, crawl spaces, garages, and on roofs.
• A positive attitude, integrity, and the ability to represent the company professionally.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks daily.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow directions independently.
• Clean criminal background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of a wide range of HVAC systems across residential homes.
• Move tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
• Connect, adjust, or disconnect wiring, piping, and tubing using proper tools and techniques.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and your team to ensure a smooth install process.
• Maintain accurate invoices, documentation, and time sheets.
• Help keep vehicles, tools, work areas, and job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Support our installers with tasks that will help you build the experience needed for future licenses and certifications.
