HVAC Install Helper
About The Position
Barker's Cooling, Heating & Plumbing is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service team. This role involves working side-by-side with experienced installers, receiving hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation. The helper will assist with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites, operating various hand and power tools, and installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. The company is a family-owned and operated business with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability, prioritizing employees with ongoing training and benefits.
Requirements
- Hard-working, willing to learn
- Experience with HVAC
- Enjoy working with your hands
- Interested in becoming an HVAC Technician
- Good communicator with a strong customer service focus

- Mechanically Inclined
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
- Receive hands-on-training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation
- Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
