About The Position
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an HVAC Install Helper / Apprentice in Kill Devil Hills. If you’re dependable, motivated, and looking to start a long-term career in HVAC, we’re willing to train the right person.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in attics/crawlspaces and outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Assist with HVAC system installations
- Work alongside experienced Lead Installers
- Load tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Learn hands-on HVAC skills in the field
