As an HVAC Field Install Supervisor, you will lead and support the installation team to ensure high-quality work, efficient operations, and an exceptional customer experience while developing your team to perform at their best. Requirements

  • 5 years of hands-on experience as a residential HVAC Installer
  • Proven track record of crew leadership
  • EPA Universal
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Able to make sound decisions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities while communicating clearly with customers, installers, and teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Lead Installers, Install Assistants, and Apprentices
  • Provide daily field support, including ride-alongs, hands-on coaching, and technical guidance
  • Oversee installation quality through job reviews, audits, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure jobs are completed accurately by reviewing contracts, equipment, and materials
  • Track team performance metrics and partner with leadership to improve results
  • Resolve customer concerns related to installations in a timely and professional manner
  • Enforce safety standards, company policies, and local code compliance
  • Step in to lead operations when the Installation Manager is unavailable
  • Coach Install Technicians and apprentices on proper installation techniques, company processes, and customer service.
  • Conduct on-site spot checks, lead field coaching sessions, and assist with performance evaluations.
