HVAC Install Field Supervisor

As an HVAC Field Install Supervisor, you will lead and support the installation team to ensure high-quality work, efficient operations, and an exceptional customer experience while developing your team to perform at their best. Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on experience as a residential HVAC Installer
- Proven track record of crew leadership
- EPA Universal
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to make sound decisions
- Organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities while communicating clearly with customers, installers, and teams
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Lead Installers, Install Assistants, and Apprentices
- Provide daily field support, including ride-alongs, hands-on coaching, and technical guidance
- Oversee installation quality through job reviews, audits, and performance evaluations
- Ensure jobs are completed accurately by reviewing contracts, equipment, and materials
- Track team performance metrics and partner with leadership to improve results
- Resolve customer concerns related to installations in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce safety standards, company policies, and local code compliance
- Step in to lead operations when the Installation Manager is unavailable
- Coach Install Technicians and apprentices on proper installation techniques, company processes, and customer service.
- Conduct on-site spot checks, lead field coaching sessions, and assist with performance evaluations.
