We are looking for a proactive, sharp, and detail-oriented HVAC Install Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of our installation department. Requirements

• Hands-on familiarity or strong foundational knowledge of HVAC terminology, equipment operations, and installation workflows.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
• High attention to detail with the ability to spot inaccuracies in job scopes before they turn into delays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with ServiceTitan is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Scrutinize job files and ServiceTitan orders to ensure flawless execution from initial sale to final sign-off.
• Partner directly with Sales Reps and Service Technicians to align expectations, eliminate ambiguities, and ensure contract terms are fully met.
• Identify and resolve job-scope discrepancies—such as equipment sizing or space constraints—with Field Managers before teams hit the street.
• Build detailed materials inventories, requisition supplies, and keep inventory streamlined and job-ready.
• Manage job scoping, master scheduling, and real-time coordination to deliver a seamless experience for both field crews and clients.
• Swiftly resolve internal and external concerns with clarity, speed, and professionalism.
