About The Position

Black Diamond Experts is a growing local Utah-based residential service company specializing in Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. We aim to dominate Utah's market by servicing the Wasatch Front while maintaining a happy and loyal customer base. Our priority is taking care of our employees, who are our biggest assets. The primary duties of an HVAC Install Apprentice are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems, working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system, as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, and communicating with homeowners about the status of their system after service. Requirements

• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems.
