To learn more, visit: www.cwoodsco.com What You'll Do As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced Lead Installers to learn the HVAC trade and develop the skills needed for a long-term career.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and desire to learn a skilled trade.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Previous construction, maintenance, warehouse, trade school, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with residential HVAC system installations.
Help remove and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Learn proper installation procedures, electrical connections, and duct modifications.
Follow all safety protocols and company standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service while working in customers' homes.
