About The Position

Allen Service provides home services, such as electrical and plumbing, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services. Our expert team has served Fort Collins residents for over six decades and is expanding those services to the Denver Metropolitan area. We take pride in being a first class customer service company with an A+ rating with the BBB, so our technicians must have a neat and clean-cut appearance, great communication skills and really enjoy working with and getting to know our customers. We are looking to add an HVAC Install Apprentice to our team! The HVAC Install Apprentice will work with numerous HVAC equipment manufacturers, system parts and mechanisms, to assist HVAC retrofit specialist to install premium HVAC systems. This includes upgrading and improving ductwork, replacing parts and adjusting system controls for better performance by using special tools and diagnostic equipment.

Requirements

HVAC experience preferred
Self-motivated
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work on roofs & lifts
Basic HVAC knowledge and willingness to learn more
Ability to pass a background check & drug test

Responsibilities

Ability to follow precise instructions.
Adhere to job site safety protocol.
Assist in duct fabrication & installation.
Maintain a clean & safe work environment.
Assist lead foreman in material & labor tracking.
