We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by managing inbound inquiries, generating new business opportunities, and supporting HVAC service and installation sales efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in HVAC sales is required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or customer service
  • Minimum of 3 plus years in the HVAC industry required
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

  • Background in territory or outside sales is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Proactively follow up on leads, quotes, and open proposals to close sales
  • Promote HVAC maintenance plans, repair services, and installation solutions
  • Generate new business by making outbound calls to commercial prospects
  • Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and benefits
  • Prepare and send estimates, quotes, and service agreements
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and qualify new opportunities
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up
  • Update CRM with customer interactions, opportunities, and sales pipeline data
  • Assist with order entry, job scheduling, and customer follow-up
  • Accept inbound parts and update work orders accordingly
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activity
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
