About The Position
NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is hiring an experienced Inside Sales professional for our Air & Heat divisions. This is a full-time role focused on driving growth within a trusted, fast-growing home services leader. The ideal candidate is a closer with strong in-home sales experience and deep industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven in-home sales experience.
- Industry experience in HVAC (air & heat).
- Strong phone presence, consultative selling skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Clear communicator with solid follow-through and CRM proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Consult with homeowners, present solutions, and build value around service options and memberships.
- Prepare estimates, overcome objections, and close sales with integrity.
- Coordinate with dispatch and field teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Track activity and results in our CRM and hit daily/weekly KPIs.
- Follow up on qualified inbound leads and warm opportunities from marketing and field techs.
