Requirements
- Valid Business License, LLC or Inc.
- Worker's Compensation Insurance and Umbrella insurance
- General Liability Insurance and Non Owned Auto
- Federal EIN #
- Other verifiable business documentation
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Favorable background investigation results
- Must not be a sole proprietor
Responsibilities
