Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of construction principles and mechanical systems related to HVAC or property maintenance.
  • Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design concepts, and technical manuals.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge including plumbing, refrigeration, boilers, and equipment repair.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn about HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems and safety standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior service technician experience or hands-on work with appliances repair is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in field service environments with a focus on air conditioning systems or appliance repair.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support HVAC service technicians with installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
  • Assist in reading schematics and technical diagrams to understand system layouts and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Help with plumbing and refrigeration tasks related to HVAC systems.
  • Perform equipment repairs, and mechanical adjustments under supervision to ensure optimal operation.
  • Contribute to property maintenance tasks involving air conditioning units, boilers, and other mechanical equipment.
  • Support field service operations by preparing work sites, transporting tools and parts and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
