About The Position

Tradesmen International is hiring HVAC Helpers for projects in or around Hopewell, Pennsylvania. This is a first-shift opportunity paying up to $24 per hour, based on experience and skill level. The role offers the opportunity to learn and develop HVAC trade skills while working alongside experienced Craft Professionals.

The HVAC Helper learns and assists with installing ductwork and heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. The role also supports installation of furnaces, heat pumps, and related components; handles and organizes jobsite materials, tools, and equipment; follows project specifications and safety requirements; and helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Other duties may be assigned by the lead technician or supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous construction or HVAC experience is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to work from ladders and in various jobsite conditions.
• Dependability, safety consciousness, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with the installation of ductwork systems.
• Assist with installation of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the lead technician or supervisor.
