This is not a “sit behind a desk all day” GM role. We’re looking for a licensed HVAC leader who still enjoys being involved in the field, solving problems, helping technicians grow, and building something the right way. This is a rare opportunity to step into a growing HVAC division with real influence over the direction of the department. In the beginning, this role will be a mix of field leadership and operational management. As the department grows, the position will naturally transition into a more office and operations-focused leadership role. The ideal person is not just technically strong. They understand how to build systems, develop technicians, create structure, protect quality, and grow a department without sacrificing culture or customer trust.
