HVAC General Manager / License Holder
About The Position
We are a brand-new, well-capitalized HVAC startup in Winston-Salem with a vision to do things differently. We believe culture starts at the top, and we are looking for a visionary General Manager to help us build ours from Day 1. Backed by a successful CEO, you will have the financial support to grow a modern, tech-forward, and highly ethical service business. This is a true ground-floor opportunity. In your first 90 days, you will serve as a player-coach—taking on field calls while simultaneously building out our processes, implementing AI technologies, and hiring our first wave of technicians. You will have full autonomy to shape the team, manage the financials, and scale operations.
Requirements
- Must hold an active North Carolina HVAC License.
- Exceptional active listening and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial grit and the willingness to perform physical field labor while the company scales.
- Open-minded and excited about business modernization and AI.
