Requirements

• High school diploma and technical school education.
• CT S, D, or B license required
• 10+ years HVAC Residential Installation experience.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be mechanically inclined with an excellent work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• 7-10 years of experience in the residential HVAC trade
• Service Titan experience is a huge plus
• Proven installation management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High sense of urgency to the job done correctly and on-time
• A passion for delivering good customer service
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• A “team first” attitude
• Successful history of leading multiple teams
