Responsibilities: Running calls on aged equipment Educate customers on repair vs. replace options Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customers Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills Educate customers on proper system operation and energy-saving tips to maximize efficiency Attend periodic company or manufacturer training Other duties as assigned

Requirements

3-4 years HVAC Technician experience
Great customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
Ability to handle heavy equipment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
Valid Driver’s License (required)
