HVAC Fitter Apprentice (Union) 3rd Year
About The Position
As an Apprentice HVAC Technician here at Honeywell, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and training in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems while working alongside industry-leading professionals. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a 3rd-year HVAC apprenticeship program.
- Ability to work under supervision.
- Willingness to learn and develop troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to meet attendance requirements for Union training.
- Ability to provide recommendations and solutions for facility efficiency.
- Ability to prepare quotes.
Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC mechanical equipment and controls service on client sites under supervision.
- Develop troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and customer issues through coaching and mentorship.
- Communicate job progress and issues to Honeywell, contractors, and customers as needed.
- Meet attendance requirements for required Union training during the first year.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities.
- Prepare quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
