About The Position

Mechanical One is seeking a hungry, high-capacity student for a Financial Analyst role. This position offers real exposure to finance, operations, and growth, working directly with leadership to drive decisions impacting real dollars. The role involves financial reporting, forecasting, data analysis, and operational problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate at University of Central Florida (Finance, Accounting)
• Strong in Excel (formulas and pivots)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• High ownership / low ego
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Willing to be in-office and engaged with the team
• Nike-level work ethic – show up early, stay late when needed, and take pride in outworking expectations
• Currently live in the Orlando, Fl area

Nice To Haves

• Purchasing and/or ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Power BI a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models (revenue, margin, forecasting)
• Support monthly business reviews and KPI tracking
• Analyze job-level profitability, labor trends, and purchasing data
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting (FY26 AOP and beyond)
• Work with large datasets (ADVANCED Excel required, Power BI a plus)
• Identify issues and bring solutions
• Present findings live
