HVAC Filter Technician
About The Position
The HVAC Filter Technician, also described as a Filter Changer, replaces, cleans, inspects, and maintains filters in school systems, industrial settings, and chain stores to support optimal system performance. The role involves keeping accurate maintenance records, following safety protocols, and coordinating with dispatch to maintain filter-change schedules. Travel is required, and overnight stays may sometimes be necessary. The company provides a route vehicle, gas card, work uniforms, and company phone; when overnight travel is required, it provides a room and per diem. Work is based in Naples, Florida. A successful background check is required.
Requirements
- Attention to detail to ensure proper filter installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of how to use basic tools, such as a screwdriver.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel; overnight stays may sometimes be required.

Responsibilities
- Replace air filters in school systems, industrial settings, and chain stores.
- Clean filters to remove dirt, debris, and contaminants.
