About The Position

Join The Filter Shop as a HVAC Filter Service Specialist and play a key role in supporting our operations in Des Moines. In this role, you’ll be responsible for replacing HVAC filters in commercial and industrial systems, working both indoors and outdoors—including rooftops. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining clean air systems for our clients while upholding our high standards of safety, professionalism, and service. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to lift and move bulky items. Prior HVAC experience is a plus. Requirements

• Valid Iowa driver’s license and clean MVR
• Must pass pre-employment screening, includes 9 panel drug screen and background check for critical environments.

Nice To Haves

• Previous HVAC experience is preferred but not required
• Looking for a change from Apartment Maintenance or Residential HVAC Service

Responsibilities

• Replace HVAC filters on commercial/industrial systems
• Work both indoors and outdoors, including on rooftops
• Follow all safety procedures and work independently post-training
• Uphold The Filter Shop's standards of integrity and professionalism
• Stay active: on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
• Be able to work as a team and communicate effectively with the Service Manager
• Provide valid Iowa driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Records report
• Be able to lift 40lbs – ladders, boxes, equipment
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation
