Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of HVAC Supervisor experience
• HVAC Sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification and/or HVAC Trade School Certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment efficiently and accurately
• Run service calls and replace parts as needed
• Identify opportunities for equipment replacement and system upgrades
• Clearly document and communicate service details for seamless follow-up
• Lead and support the HVAC team in maintaining service excellence
