About The Position

Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a motivated HVAC Field Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a positive attitude to join our growing team. This role reports directly to the HVAC Install/Service Manager and is responsible for supervising installation crews, ensuring quality standards, conducting job walkthroughs, and supporting team development. Requirements

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair)
1+ year in a supervisory or lead technician role
Strong ability to train and mentor others
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs occasionally
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Monitor trends in callbacks and service opportunities
Conduct quality and safety inspections in the field
Perform customer service visits to ensure satisfaction
Coach and train technicians on technical skills, customer service, and company standards
Recruit, train, and retain top HVAC talent
Troubleshoot and resolve installation/start-up issues
Provide feedback, support, and professional development to team members
Collaborate with service, dispatch, and warehouse teams for smooth operations
Resolve escalated customer concerns and report to the HVAC Service Manager
Plan and coordinate installation schedules
Promote Dilling’s core values and positive team culture
Supervise all HVAC Installation Technicians and Helpers
