What will your job look like? Responsible for leading the team in achieving sales revenue goals. Achievement of sales is a primary objective Ensure new team members are oriented to the expectations of the Company Assess the competency and capability of personnel providing coaching and training Evaluate the capability and results ensuring that personnel meet quality workmanship standards and expectations Oversee assignment of individuals' daily schedules Set and maintain work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure employee morale and productivity Maintain a record of achieving a high-level of Customer Satisfaction Delegate responsibility and maintain follow up for assessment of results Promote, support and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment Identify needs and deficiencies in the planning/scheduling and communication Translating work requirements into a prioritized plan for individual tasks and assignments Review and adjust specific workplace activities and schedules to meet customer needs Work with personnel to overcome work challenges Participate in incident investigations and reviews. Report on workforce production, work progress and revenue generation Recommend personnel transfers, actions and promotions

Requirements

At least 5 years of Residential HVAC experience, 2 years minimum managing an HVAC team
Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
Dennis may conduct a pre-employment background check, subject to applicable law.
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to analyze data for trends, devise creative solutions, exercise independent judgment, and make appropriate decisions that impact outcomes
Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks
Proven ability to gain the buy-in of teams to company values, safety procedures, and overall policies
Must be familiar with using technology systems in an office environment.
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
