About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven leadership experience in HVAC residential service.
  • A strong understanding of service metrics (revenue, margins, average ticket, and conversion.
  • Strong ability to de-escalate high-pressure situations with customers and technicians with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong ability to inspire and lead a service team with a focus on "trust and integrity."
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record .
  • Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.

Responsibilities

  • Support & Mentor: Serve as the primary technical resource for Field Technicians, providing real-time troubleshooting guidance and over-the-phone support to ensure every job stays on track
  • Lead 1-on-1s: Conduct bi-weekly 1-on-1 meetings with Service Technicians to review performance, provide feedback, and foster professional growth
  • Enforce Excellence: Ensure all company processes and safety standards are followed in the field, maintaining the high quality of work TR Miller is known for
  • Teach the Trade: Actively lead and train newer technicians, sharing your advanced diagnostic skills to level up the entire team’s technical proficiency
  • Bridge the Gap: Report directly to the HVAC Service Manager, providing updates on field performance and identifying areas where the team needs additional resources or training
  • Champion the Customer: Model a "customer-first" attitude in every interaction, ensuring effective communication and 5-star service on every call
