About The Position

Manage and execute comprehensive servicing and maintenance tasks for a diverse range of products and equipment within designated territories. This role requires self-reliance and proficiency in technical procedures, with the ability to identify and resolve issues at customer locations using advanced diagnostic skills. The technician will also perform routine preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, and modifications, while continuously updating their skills to stay abreast of industry advancements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is key to optimizing service delivery, and the role involves providing training and follow-up at customer sites.

Requirements

  • Associate or Technical degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role or related position.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office programs.
  • Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Pay high attention to detail.
  • Possesses strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Drive a vehicle for up to 95 percent of the hours worked.
  • Maintain company vehicle (oil and fluid changes, tires, alignments, tune-ups, etc.).
  • Lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience preferred.

  • Maintains inventory stock and equipment, documents service-related activities.
  • Collaborates effectively with team members and stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
  • Provides training, re-training, and follow-up at customer sites.
