About The Position

Adam Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Field Supervisor to provide leadership, technical expertise, and operational support to their residential installation teams. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring installation quality, supporting technicians in the field, resolving complex installation issues, and maintaining the high standards customers expect. The ideal candidate is an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys mentoring others, solving technical challenges, and leading teams to success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Prior leadership, Lead Installer, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, airflow, combustion, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, installation manuals, and technical documentation
  • Experience resolving warranty and installation-related issues
  • EPA Universal Certification required
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support HVAC installation teams while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and quality workmanship.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and support for complex installations, startups, troubleshooting, and repair situations.
  • Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues, warranty concerns, and system performance problems in the field.
  • Conduct jobsite visits, ride-alongs, and quality inspections to ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local code requirements.
  • Train, develop, and coach technicians on technical skills, installation best practices, customer service, and professional growth.
  • Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with manufacturers, internal departments, and field teams to resolve equipment and installation-related concerns.
  • Support technicians during escalated customer situations and ensure concerns are resolved professionally and effectively.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback to drive continuous improvement and reduce callbacks.
  • Serve as a technical leader and company representative, ensuring every project reflects Adam Home Services' commitment to exceptional service and workmanship.
