Requirements

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred (HVAC industry experience is a plus)
• Proven track record of success in commission-based sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
• Experience with CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
