Requirements

• Current WA State 01 or 02 Electrical License
• Residential wiring experience
• Proficiency in circuit sizing and load calculations
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and schematics
• Safety-first mindset
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Professional demeanor and representation of the company brand

Responsibilities

• Install circuits for heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, and AC units
• Collaborate with HVAC technicians to meet deadlines
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with NEC and Washington State codes
• Document job details for clean closure
• Communicate effectively with homeowners
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
