Requirements

Valid Journeyman Electrician License
Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed

Nice To Haves

Experience running electrical for HVAC systems preferred
Experience working alongside HVAC installation teams
Interest in professional growth and continued education

Responsibilities

Run electrical for residential HVAC installations
Install and connect electrical components for HVAC systems in compliance with local and national electrical codes
Coordinate with HVAC install teams to ensure safe and efficient project completion
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to HVAC installations
Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members
Represent Wagner Mechanical professionally while operating company-provided vehicle
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
