A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC DISPATCHER This is a full-time dispatching position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. As our HVAC Dispatcher, you'll schedule and assign technicians to service calls, strategically optimize routes to reduce travel time and maximize productivity, and ensure both customers and technicians remain informed throughout the service process. By coordinating moving parts, addressing scheduling needs, and facilitating clear communication, you'll play a critical role in helping our team deliver exceptional service while maintaining a smooth and productive workflow. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of related experience
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug screening test
