Requirements

  • At least 1 year of residential HVAC sales experience (required)
  • At least 3 years of in-home sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance targets
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to assess needs and present tailored solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A people-first mindset with a strong focus on client experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of HVAC sales projects from in-home consultation through installation and close-out
  • Conduct comprehensive in-home evaluations, assessing system performance, equipment condition, and homeowner needs
  • Design customized HVAC solutions tailored to comfort, efficiency, and budget goals
  • Prepare and deliver professional, persuasive presentations that clearly communicate value and options
  • Collaborate with homeowners to finalize scope, pricing, and project details
  • Assist customers with financing options to help make solutions accessible
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project updates, and sales activity using CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce
  • Coordinate scheduling, change orders, and project details to ensure a smooth and successful execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project
  • Build long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business
  • Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training to continually improve performance
