Candidates must hold a Class C-1 Master HVAC license and a Class C-1 Master Refrigeration license in the city of Cheyenne, WY. As the HVAC Department Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the HVAC department, including operations, staff leadership, project coordination, budgeting, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for leading, growing, and optimizing the HVAC division, with a strong focus on sales performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and operational oversight to ensure the department consistently meets or exceeds financial and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Class C-1 Master HVAC license in the city of Cheyenne, WY
  • Class C-1 Master Refrigeration license in the city of Cheyenne, WY
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of HVAC experience
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience in HVAC or a related field
  • Sales experience a plus
