About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking HVAC Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This role is predominantly driving (approximately 80% driving) and plays a critical part in supporting our field crews and warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for delivering HVAC equipment, tools, and materials safely and on time while helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse environment. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles
Basic math skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to take direction and keep team members informed
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, delivery, HVAC, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport HVAC equipment, tools, and materials
Load and unload trucks with accuracy and care—every delivery counts
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory
Deliver parts, tools, and equipment to field teams, job sites, and vendors safely and on time
Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations
Assist warehouse and operations teams wherever needed
Help ensure products and materials are properly stocked and stored
