Requirements

Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time as part of the HVAC Data Center Travel Team is required.
Several years of experience working on commercial or industrial systems.
Comfortable troubleshooting a range of equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and related systems.
Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including alignment and vibration diagnostics.
Ability to clearly communicate what’s happening and why—both to teammates and customers.
Desire to keep learning and sharing knowledge.
Hold a Universal EPA refrigerant license.
Open to travel as needed.
Requires participation in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices.
Subject to all pre-hiring screening of JCI.

Nice To Haves

Experience with building automation technologies.
Experience with laser alignment and vibration analysis.
Interest in developing quoting or customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Put your skills to work on advanced commercial HVAC systems, handling everything from troubleshooting and repairs to full system installations.
Work with a wide range of equipment, including chillers, compressors, pumps, rooftop units, and building automation systems—using modern tools like laser alignment and vibration analysis to get the job done right.
Serve as a trusted expert to customers—diagnosing issues, explaining solutions, and ensuring their systems run efficiently and reliably.
Collaborate with a strong team of professionals, sharing knowledge, supporting apprentices, and continuing to grow your own expertise.
