The company offers factory certification through their Service Technical Academy (STA) and provides competitive pay and benefits. This role offers the opportunity to service and maintain advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment, acting as a trusted advisor to customers by solving comfort, building inefficiency, and other service-related issues.

Requirements

• Adherence to the company Safety Program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Willingness to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installations and drive results under the direction of the Employer, limited by capabilities as determined by the Employer, at the respective apprentice rate of pay.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Respond to basic warranty calls.
• Keep JCI, contractors, and the customer informed of job progress and issues.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility efficiency, including identifying upselling opportunities.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
