About The Position

We are seeking a professional, experienced HVAC CSR who understands the pace, pressure, and expectations of a busy service office. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can step in and perform with minimal training.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CSR experience
  • Prior experience in an HVAC company
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC terminology
  • Fluent in: Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Email communication Live chat systems Multi-line phone systems
  • MUST have experience using ServiceTitan (3+ years)
  • Strong scheduling and dispatch coordination skills
  • Professional phone presence and customer communication

Responsibilities

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls professionally
  • Schedule and dispatch service appointments accurately

  • Order parts and follow up on pending jobs
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation
  • Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every interaction
