About The Position

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support client programs at local events, community activations, and outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, providing information, and creating positive experiences for the public. No previous experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided to ensure you feel confident and prepared. Position Overview As a CSR, you will represent assigned programs at community events and serve as a primary point of contact for attendees. You’ll help answer questions, share accurate information, and maintain a professional and approachable presence.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); bilingual skills are a plus
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people
  • Able to manage tasks independently and stay organized in event settings
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
