Requirements
- A high school diploma, HVAC/R technical degree, or Associate degree in HVAC/R.
- Two years of HVAC/R technical or counter experience.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to various branches.
Responsibilities
- Respond as needed to serve at other branches in your area of the state for coverage.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to customer emails, and assist walk-in customers.
- Write up, process, collect, and distribute orders for customers.
- Assist with warehouse operations by analyzing low-stock situations, assisting in stock replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Manage and resolve customer issues.
- Occasionally drive to other branches and help out when needed.
