HVAC Controls Technician
About The Position
As an HVAC Controls Technician at T.E.A.M. Solutions, you will provide onsite Building Automated System (BAS) commissioning and support to the company’s clientele. T.E.A.M. Solutions provides design, installation, and support services for energy management and building automation systems, serving clients in healthcare, education, manufacturing, oil and gas, and large-chain retail. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits and a company vehicle. The role involves coordinating with the Team Leader, programming native BACnet controllers, troubleshooting hardware and software, verifying system operation and graphics, integrating open systems and protocols, training owners, and documenting field verification and testing.
Requirements
- A BA, associate degree, or relevant years of industry experience.
- Hardworking, honest, driven, and detail-oriented, with an excellent attitude.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Team Leader to understand the project vision, scope, and timeframe.
- Program next-generation native BACnet controllers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Perform point-to-point start-up and verification.
- Verify sequences of operations.
- Verify graphics.
- Integrate open systems and protocols.
- Present owner training.
- Document and report field verification and testing.
