NJR Home Services, a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources is seeking an HVAC Sales Consultant to meet the sales revenue objectives of the organization through generating and closing sales leads.

Requirements

  • Four to six years of prior HVAC sales experience is required.
  • Must possess knowledge of HVAC products and installations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sales skills and ability to work independently.
  • Goal-orientated, self-motivated and organized.
  • Strong financial acumen.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage sales leads from initial contact to close, offering tailored equipment and financing solutions while ensuring all required paperwork is accurately completed.
  • Meet all monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals as set forth by management.
  • Work independently and collaboratively the highest level of customer service.
  • Maintain excellent communication with installation and service supervisors through attendance at meetings and otherwise.
  • Represent NJR Home Services at trade shows and other events as required by management.
