About The Position

Heating & Cooling Two, Inc. is a growing, established HVAC company serving the northwest Twin Cities metro area. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as HVAC New Construction Installers. In this role, you’ll work as part of our installation team installing residential HVAC systems in new construction homes, with opportunities to work on replacement projects as well. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy working with their hands, and want to build a long-term career with a company that values quality workmanship and its employees.

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Dependable, hardworking, and organized.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to take direction and grow into additional responsibilities.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of HVAC experience preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right person.
HVAC industry certifications and city competency cards are a plus.
Leadership experience or interest in advancing into a leadership role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC equipment and systems in residential new construction homes.
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation, and related HVAC components.
Read plans, layouts, and job specifications.
Complete installations accurately, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, builders, and homeowners.
Troubleshoot installation challenges and help find practical solutions.
Work independently and as part of a team to keep projects on schedule.
