Requirements

HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent commercial experience
EPA Certification
Experience with rooftop units, boilers, hydronic systems, and commercial controls
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Professional demeanor and strong customer communication skills
Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards

Nice To Haves

3+ years of commercial service experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and controls
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system inspections
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues
Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
Accurately document service calls, recommendations, and completed work
Communicate clearly with property managers, facility directors, and business owners
Identify and recommend system improvements, upgrades, or other products and services provided by Western, when appropriate
