Requirements
- Willingness to learn and grow in the industry
- Have basic knowledge of HVAC, ventilation and makeup air design
- Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency
Nice To Haves
- 1 to 3 years of prior blueprint experience
- Previous experience using Solar Eclipse
Responsibilities
- Order entry and management
- Document creation and management including professional RFI and other communications to clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors, suppliers
- Prepares and assists in pricing and bidding of construction projects in categories HVAC products.
- Calling Queues, Trouble Queues, Open Order Queues, and work with appropriate sales associate to communicate with customer about status of that Queue
- Maintain organized process to ensure the workflow balance of customer needs and delivery logistics
- Complete take-offs from mechanical blueprints
