Requirements
- 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in home services or home improvement
- Construction knowledge and strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales applications
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of local building codes and residential product lines is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales consultations with homeowners
- Build trust by recommending solutions that best meet each customer's needs
- Measure existing equipment and properly size replacement systems
- Design installation solutions and prepare accurate proposals
- Perform pre-job site visits with the Installation Manager and subcontractors
- Develop lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
- Confidently negotiate and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience
