About The Position

The HVAC Comfort Advisor is responsible for representing Anchor Heating and Air in a professional manner, promoting and selling HVAC products and services to residential customers. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and comfort by evaluating their needs and providing effective HVAC solutions.

Requirements

Prior experience in HVAC sales or a similar role is required.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
Highly motivated and self-driven.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers and assess their HVAC needs.
Provide expert advice on HVAC solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Conduct in-home consultations to recommend the best HVAC systems and improvements.
Prepare and present proposals for HVAC installations and replacements.
Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to generate new business opportunities.
Close sales effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
Coordinate with HVAC lead mechanics to ensure proper installation and service delivery.
Communicate customer feedback and preferences to the technical team for continuous improvement.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Address and resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
