With a strong reputation across roofing, exteriors, solar, and mechanical systems, we’re expanding throughout Iowa and looking for motivated professionals who want to build a rewarding career with a company that’s invested in their success. We’re seeking a driven Comfort Advisor to lead in-home consultations, present system options, and manage each project from the first handshake through installation. This role blends sales, customer service, and technical HVAC knowledge to deliver 5-star experiences to homeowners seeking comfort, efficiency, and value. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives in a performance-based environment, enjoys helping customers make informed decisions, and takes pride in seeing projects through from sale to completion.

Requirements

  • Proven success in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems (a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Customer Engagement: Prospect new business through referrals, inbound leads, and networking. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • In-Home Consultations: Assess home comfort needs, system requirements, and budgets while educating customers on HVAC options and efficiency improvements.
  • Proposal Development & Presentation: Create and present at least three customized system options using ServiceTitan or similar CRM tools. Explain product benefits, warranties, and financing.
  • Sales Closing & Contracting: Guide customers through contracts and financing options, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with install teams and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and seamless project handoffs.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional experience from consultation to post-installation follow-up—maintaining professionalism, communication, and accountability throughout.
